As of March 2026, Workpedia does not sell any products or services directly. All content on our website – including our A-Z guides, articles, definitions, and platform information – is completely free and always will be.

Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Templates)

Digital products are downloadable or accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to their nature, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Example: 5-session package at $400 ($80/session) – if you use 2 sessions and want a refund for the remaining 3, refund would be $240 (3 × $80).
  • Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase (typically 6-12 months). Unused sessions expire after this period and are not eligible for refund.

Memberships and Subscriptions

If we offer recurring subscription services (monthly or annual memberships), this section applies.
